Meet Anna Ourada, Executive Assistant and Office Manager

The Aim Higher Foundation is pleased to announce the hiring of Anna Ourada as Office Manager and Executive Assistant. 

“We are delighted to welcome Anna to the Aim Higher Foundation’s growing team,” said Ricky Austin, president of the Aim Higher Foundation. Anna brings distinctive experiences and perspectives to our leadership team that will deepen our mission and sharpen our work to ensure more children can access the transformative education uniquely found in Catholic schools.”

As Executive Assistant & Office Manager, Anna will provide executive assistance to the president and directors, serve as liaison with the Board of Directors, and oversee office operations. 

Anna earned her BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota and has spent her career supporting executives and boards of directors, planning events, coordinating travel and helping offices to run smoothly.  She has focused her service with Twin Cities Christian nonprofits, most recently supporting the CEO of Feed My Starving Children. She lives in Lakeville with her husband and three children who have each attended All Saints Catholic School.

Anna beams with excitement when asked what attracted her to Aim Higher’s mission. “I am excited to join the Aim Higher team so that I can do my part to give more children access to the life-changing and benefits of Catholic schools. I experienced the benefits of Catholic school myself as a child and am also experiencing it now as a parent to three children who are all attending Catholic schools. Our fath as a family – and as individuals – has greatly increased, as has our participation in parish life. It truly is life changing.”
