Picture a child standing at the threshold of a school that could change their life for the better. The door is there, but for so many families—too many families— it’s locked by barriers they cannot overcome alone. You, our donors and friends, hold the key.
Thank you for turning it. . . more than 2,500 times!
Through the past several months and through your generosity to our mission, you’ve done something extraordinary. You’ve not only opened the door to a great education, but you’ve held it wide open for more children than ever before.
This year, the Aim Higher Foundation awarded a record 2,550 scholarships. That’s 2,550 children stepping into classrooms where they’ll grow academically, spiritually, and socially—classrooms where their potential is nurtured, their dreams are encouraged, and their futures are forever changed.
In this season of gratitude, we want you to know how much you mean to the Aim Higher Foundation team, our Board of Directors, and, more importantly, to the thousands of students you’ve supported. You have made a Catholic school education accessible to families who need it most. For many parents, this is the opportunity they’ve longed to give their children. It’s the hope they hold for a better future.
For me, personally, in my deep gratitude for the gift to serve this mission as President, I’m most grateful for how your support and impact are creating something bigger than any one of us. Your belief in the power of Catholic schools has sparked a chain reaction that fuels our continued growth. Parents who’ve received scholarships are sharing their stories. New donors are stepping forward, inspired by the example you’ve set. Returning donors are making new, larger gifts that propel us forward. This movement is growing, and with it, so is our ability to serve.
We’re seeing the results of your generosity every day. Children are thriving in classrooms they never thought they’d be able to enter. Families are finding hope and stability. Communities are growing stronger because their schools are supported. The momentum you’ve created is undeniable. And we know this is only just beginning of what our mission asks of us.
To our donors, this Thanksgiving know of our gratitude. You’ve done more than give scholarships. You’ve made a statement—that every child deserves access to a high-quality education. You’ve given families hope and students opportunity. You’ve transformed lives, one child at a time.
Thank you for believing in this mission and for taking action to make it possible. Thank you for turning the key. Thank you for helping more children Aim Higher.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Ricky Austin
