Numbers and All
June 29, 2026The Aim Higher Foundation is pleased to welcome Brittany Dahlman as its new Executive Support Specialist.
Dahlman brings 17 years of experience at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Minneapolis, where she served in a wide range of family-facing and administrative roles, including admissions coordinator, family support manager, registrar and interpreter, and attendance and transportation manager. She also served as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking families, helping build trust between families and the school community.
“I have always held a deep belief that every child deserves access to a quality education,” Brittany said. “I am excited about the opportunity to carry that commitment forward with an organization dedicated to the same mission.”
“Brittany brings exactly the kind of people-first, focused commitment to her work that will strengthen the Aim Higher Foundation as we continue to grow,” said Ricky Austin, President of the Aim Higher Foundation. “Her background supporting students, families, school leaders, and complex administrative systems will be a tremendous gift to our mission.”
Dahlman’s commitment to service and educational access also extends beyond her professional experience. Before beginning her career at Cristo Rey Jesuit, she served as an international volunteer with Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos in Honduras, a nonprofit serving orphaned and abandoned children throughout Latin America and the Caribbean.
A graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, Brittany earned a B.A. in Communication Studies with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies.
Please join us in welcoming Brittany to the Aim Higher Foundation.
