The Aim Higher Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jackie Daylor to its Board of Directors. During her more than 30-year career at KPMG, Jackie has served as Lead Auditor Engagement Partner, SEC Reviewing Partner, or Account Executive for a variety of large global clients, and has served on both the KPMG LLP and KPMG Americas Ltd. Boards of Directors.
From April 2017 through September 2020, Jackie was the National Managing Partner, responsible for the strategic oversight of audit quality control and technical accounting and auditing leadership of the audit practice for both KPMG LLP and KPMG Americas Ltd. Jackie led a significant transformation of the national office and audit quality actions at the firm during her tenure.
Prior to that, Jackie was the Northern Heartland Business Unit Partner in charge of KPMG’s audit practice, managing the audit practice results and metrics, including operational, financial, and personnel matters.
Jackie’s diverse community involvement includes General Board and Audit Committee for YMCA of Greater Twin Cities, past Chair and member of the Archdiocesan Finance Council, and prior Trustee of the KPMG Foundation. She serves as Cohort Leader for the Women’s PGA Summit, partner liaison to Rising Stars Program and Audit 90, Mentor in Future Leaders Program, and prior was Executive Sponsor of the Veterans Business Resource Group.

The Aim Higher Foundation provides student-based tuition assistance scholarships so that more children in the twelve county Twin Cities metro area can experience the life-changing benefits of a Catholic education. Since 2012, the Aim Higher Foundation has awarded more than 14,000 – worth more than $12.8 million – to children to attend Catholic schools serving students K-8 in the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.
