Imagine a world where every child receives the quality of education they deserve.
Imagine a world where parents can ensure the hour-by-hour activities that make up the school day reflect their values and hopes for their children.
Imagine a world where every learning environment and school is safe, holds children to high expectations, and creates the conditions necessary to serve the mind, body, and soul of its students.
Now, imagine a world where all children, regardless of the size of their parent’s paycheck, can attend a school like this—a school with no financial barriers to access.
At the Aim Higher Foundation, we don’t have to imagine. The world we’re talking about is the world we are actively building. We see Catholic schools across the Twin Cities and the country creating educational experiences like those above. And with your help, we’re able to eliminate the financial barriers so that more children can access them.
If you can imagine this world, then I invite you to be a part of it. The work we do at the Aim Higher Foundation needs an ever-growing community of supporters to continue to dream for more, and, then, come together to make it happen. Together, we can imagine and build a better, brighter future for more children.
The 12th annual Night of Light Celebration is one, meaningful (and dare I say, timely) chance to help us turn these sorts of dreams into reality.
Yes, it’s a gala. And yes, we know galas are a healthy mix of party and purpose. We know they come with good food, great company, and, hopefully, a not-too-long, but just long-enough, program that helps us better understand and relate to the stories of those we seek to serve.
But the Night of Light is also about bringing people together so that we can imagine something better for more children. It’s in the name. In many ways, the Night of Light is a beacon of hope–of light–for children whose futures sometimes hang in the balance.
If nothing else, the Night of Light is an opportunity for us to stand up in front of 600 of our closest friends and speak the problem we all face loud and clear: too many children are prevented from life-changing opportunities because financial barriers block their way. And in the face of that problem, we see hope.
Imagine a world where the Aim Higher Foundation is able to provide scholarships to every child whose families seeks for them a Catholic school. When you attend the Night of Light, you help us take one step closer to that dream.
Join us. Be the light that brightens a child’s future. Your presence could make all the difference.

On October 12, 2024, the Aim Higher Foundation will hold its 12th annual Night of Light Celebration! Proceeds of the gala support the Aim Higher Foundation’s tuition-assistance scholarships which help make the benefits of a Catholic education accessible to some of the most deserving children across the Twin Cities.
