Aida Higuerey Schaefer

Aida Higuerey Schaefer is the owner and Chief Executive Officer for Incentive Development Corporation. Previously, Schaefer spent five years within Finance supporting Best Buy’s HR department and rewards portfolio and twelve years of progressive corporate growth at Northwest Airlines, dedicating time to financial planning and analysis, commercial banking, tax exempt financing, risk management, and insurance. Schaefer has served as a Board Member for DARTS (a local non-profit serving seniors) and the local chapter of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (now HACE), and as a Finance Committee Member for Faithful Shepherd Catholic School. With three Catholic high school children of her own, Schaefer is passionate about the value of Catholic education and the mission of the Aim Higher Foundation.
