Joseph P. Donnelly

Joe has been involved in faith-based charitable work for more than 30 years.  In addition to his work with the Aim Higher Foundation, Joe led a cooking team for chronic inebriates at Catholic Charities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis for more than 15 years. He served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, and Chair of the Governance Committee, for Catholic Charities of Saint Paul and Minneapolis. Additionally, Joe had a leadership role in the development of the undercroft at the Basilica in Minneapolis as a safe and welcoming place for members of our community. He worked in 3M’s Health Care Group for 41 years, most recently as Director of Operations for the Medical Solutions Division Laboratory, from which he retired in 2022. He is a strong supporter of work in support of disadvantaged children in the Twin Cities, and of the mission of the Aim Higher Foundation.
