Mary is a corporate attorney, with more than 30 years of experience in corporate and nonprofit governance, and securities law, and who recently retired as Senior Vice President and Senior Company Counsel in the Legal Department of Wells Fargo & Company.  Mary is a beneficiary of 12 years of Catholic grade and high school education and received her B.A. in French and History from the University of Michigan and J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. In addition to her service on the Aim Higher Board of Directors, Mary serves as Chair of the Cathedral Heritage Foundation (supporting the preservation of the Cathedral of Saint Paul) and on the Board of Trustees of St. John’s University Graduate School of Theology and Seminary and was a past member of the Board of Directors and the Corporate Secretary of the Catholic Community Foundation. Mary’s support for Aim Higher’s mission reflects her belief in the intellectual and moral benefits offered to all children by access to Catholic education.
