Emily Cendejas-Garcia serves as a Project Engineer at Ryan Companies, where she supports complex construction projects through coordination, planning, and execution. She earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota and brings a strong commitment to collaboration and problem-solving to her professional work. Emily is also dedicated to community engagement, formerly serving as a bilingual assistant for Neighborhood House and President of the University of Minnesota’s DEI Committee, reflecting her passion for service, inclusion, and strengthening communities.
