Brittany Dahlman

Brittany Dahlman serves as the Executive Support Specialist for the Aim Higher Foundation. In this role, she serves as the administrative lead to the president’s office, provides finance and compliance support to the organization, and manages overall office operations. She also serves as the Spanish-speaking point of contact for Aim Higher Scholar families.

Brittany brings 17 years of experience from Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Minneapolis, where she served in a variety of admissions, student and family support, registrar, interpreter, and operations roles. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with students, families, and school leaders, including serving as a bilingual point of contact for Spanish-speaking families.

Brittany is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, where she earned a B.A. in Communication Studies with minors in Spanish and Latin American Studies. She also served as an international volunteer with Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos in Honduras.
