Selena Rodriguez

As Office Manager and Executive Assistant, Selena plays a fundamental role in advancing the Aim Higher Foundation’s mission by supporting the President, serving as a liaison for the Board of Directors, and overseeing office operations.

Selena graduated from St. Olaf College in 2023. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree, double-majoring in Political Science and Race and Ethnic Studies, and double-minoring in International Relations and Latin Studies. She also held internships in human resources at Allianz Life, social media marketing at SHRPA, and housing equality initiatives at WSCO. Selena has a strong passion for providing educational access to all individuals, evident through her work in co-founding a unique program at St. Olaf College called Ole Athlete Connect. The program aims to allow a greater breadth of students from inner-city high schools to access higher education and athletics.
