Elizabeth Nientimp

Director of Creative Strategy & Editorial, Target

Elizabeth currently leads Creative Strategy for Target, where she and her team shape the strategies driving innovation and growth across the company’s experiences and marketing. Before Target, Elizabeth spent 17 years at General Mills, where she helped modernize the company’s global creative marketing strategy and build its enterprise-wide creative capabilities. She has served on the boards of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, Our Lady of Grace Catholic School, and Saint Thomas Academy. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Mary’s College of Notre Dame.
