Christy Eberhardt

Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Christy oversees vital, day-to-day foundation operations, and is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the systems, processes, and integrity of finance, scholarships, and advancement capabilities. Christy manages the budgeting, annual forecasting, and internal controls of the financial operations, leads the development of the foundation’s alumni-tracking project, and directly supports the president in implementation of the strategic plan.

Prior to the Aim Higher Foundation, Christy served at St. Croix Catholic School in Stillwater. Before then, she was with Blue Cross Blue Shield MN and Lifetouch National School Studios. Christy graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications.
