From being a server and bartender during his University of Minnesota days to now serving as the Chief Manager of Jester Concepts, Brent’s career path showcases his enduring dedication to excellence in the worlds of food, drinks, style, and service. Brent demonstrates a significant history of philanthropy, serving as a founding board member for Provision Community Restaurant, former board member for Hospitality Minnesota, and current member of the M Health Fairview Philanthropic Board of Directors.
