Greg Schumacher

Greg is a Partner at Granite Partners. He leads the firm’s recruiting efforts by building talent strategies, fostering collaboration, and expanding access to diverse talent. Greg previously founded and managed Schumacher Executive Search and served as Principal at a boutique executive search firm. Active in the community, Greg has volunteered with the Basilica of St. Mary, Notre Dame Academy, Benilde-St. Margaret’s, and the Hopkins Youth Hockey Association. He is a Past President of the Saint John’s University National Alumni Board and a Leader in Giving with the United Way of Central Minnesota. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint John’s University and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
