Steve Sefton

Steve Sefton serves as Chairman for Clearwater Equity Group, a family-owned business he founded in 1997. Prior to founding Clearwater, Sefton worked as a commercial banker with Wells Fargo and a Partner with Norwest Equity Partners. Sefton has served on the Finance Committee for the Aim Higher Foundation since 2018. He previously contributed to the Board of Directors for CommonBond Communities and The Basilica Landmark, as well as the Advisory Board for the University of Notre Dame’s de Nicola Center for Ethics and Culture.
