Sue Schwalbach

Susan “Sue” M. Schwalbach is a Minnesota-based philanthropist and longtime advocate for children and education. Earlier in her career, Sue taught second and third grade, an experience that continues to shape her commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for young people.

Sue and her family have deep ties to Breck School, where her children were educated and where she previously served on the Board of Trustees. Her philanthropic support has spanned a wide range of causes, including Catholic Charities, United Way, the Minnesota Zoo, the Minnesota Orchestra, Friends of Ascension, and various Catholic schools across the country, as well as international efforts serving orphaned children.
